Healing is not just about "fixing" what’s wrong, but about remembering who you truly are beneath the pain.
Not at all. While my work honors the sacred and the unseen aspects of life, it’s not tied to any specific religion or belief system. You’re welcome exactly as you are — whether you identify as spiritual, curious, skeptical, or unsure. Together, we work with whatever is meaningful and alive in your experience.
I support people who feel stuck in long-held emotional pain, recurring patterns, or a deep sense that something is missing. Many of my clients struggle with anxiety, grief, self-doubt, relationship challenges, or a sense of disconnection from themselves or life. Beneath these symptoms is often a soul longing for expression, safety, or belonging. I help you meet those longings with care, clarity, and depth.
Sessions are spacious, intuitive, and responsive to where you are. We might explore parts of you that feel lost or protective (IFS), track the sensations and dreams of your body (Process-Oriented Psychology), or work with symbols, stories, and archetypes to bring unconscious material into the light. My role is to walk beside you — not to diagnose or direct, but to guide you back to your own inner knowing.
Many people come to this work after years of trying other approaches. What makes this work different is that it honours all of you — not just your mind or behaviours, but your heart, body, dreams, and soul. We don’t just analyze pain — we listen to it, move with it, learn from it. This process doesn’t push for quick fixes but invites deep transformation rooted in truth and presence.
I offer both online and in-person sessions (depending on your location and preference). Online sessions are held via a secure video platform and are just as powerful, sacred, and connective as in-person work.
There is no one-size-fits-all timeline. Some clients come for short-term support around a specific issue, while others walk a longer journey of deep inner work. You are always in choice. I honor your pace, your readiness, and your rhythm. Healing is not linear — it unfolds in cycles, and I’ll walk with you wherever you are.
That’s okay. Many people arrive unsure, overwhelmed, or lost for words. You don’t need to have it all figured out. Your body, your energy, your dreams, your silence — all of these speak. Part of this work is learning to listen in new ways. You will be met with gentleness, curiosity, and care.
