Healing is an investment—of time, presence, and energy. My Payments & Refunds Policy is here to create clarity around the financial agreements that support our work together. This page outlines how payments are processed, the conditions under which refunds may be granted, and the expectations around cancellations and payment plans. Payments & Refunds Policy

At Cam Ashley I am committed to creating a space that honours not only the sacred nature of the healing journey but also the integrity of financial agreements. This Payments & Refunds Policy outlines the terms under which payments are processed and refunds considered for all services, programs, and offerings.


1. General Payment Terms

All services (including 1:1 sessions, programs, and digital offerings) must be paid in full prior to the commencement of the service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Payment is accepted via secure online methods, such as credit/debit card or PayPal, and is processed through trusted third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, Square, etc.). Prices listed on the website are in AUD, and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

2. Refund Policy for Services and Programs

Because of the deeply personal and energetic nature of healing work, and the commitment required from both practitioner and client, the following refund policies apply:

a. Private 1:1 Sessions (Counselling, Therapy, Mentoring)

Refunds are not offered for completed 1:1 sessions.

If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, you must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule. Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are not eligible for refund or credit. Exceptions may be made in cases of emergency or unforeseen crisis and are at the discretion of Cam Ashley.

b. Group Programs and Courses (Live or Guided)

Once a group program or course has begun, no refunds will be issued. If you cancel prior to the start date of a group program, a partial refund (minus a 10–20% administrative fee) may be available depending on the proximity to the start date. Spaces in group programs are often limited, and your registration holds a space that could otherwise support someone else’s healing.

c. Digital Products (E-books, Workbooks, Self-paced Programs)

Due to the instant-access nature of digital resources, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable.

If you experience any issues accessing your purchase or believe you received it in error, please contact us promptly and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.


3. Payment Plans

We believe healing should be accessible. For selected offerings, extended payment plans may be available.

By enrolling in a payment plan, you commit to fulfilling the total amount agreed upon. Payment plans are legally binding agreements and must be completed regardless of whether the full service is used or completed. Missed payments may result in loss of access to the program or service until your account is brought up to date. If you’re experiencing financial hardship, we encourage you to reach out—compassionate solutions can often be explored.


4. Commitment and Energetic Exchange

We see financial agreements as energetic commitments—investments in your own healing, growth, and sovereignty. Your payment is not just a transaction; it is a declaration that you are ready to meet yourself with depth, courage, and presence.

Our commitment is to offer work of the highest integrity, and your commitment is to bring your presence to the process.


5. Changes to Fees and Offers

All prices are subject to change. However, once you have enrolled in a service or program, your fee will remain fixed—even if the offering increases in value for future clients. We reserve the right to adjust fees or modify offerings as part of the natural evolution of our work.
